Returns

We offer a 14 day home approval policy which will give you the time to make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.

If, within 14 days of receipt of your order, you decide to return you order please return it together with your returns form. Goods must be returned in the original undamaged packaging complete with all the original labels. Goods must be unworn and unwashed and in perfect condition for immediate resale. We reserve the right to charge a fee to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced.

You have a statutory right to have a full refund which will not include the outbound postage and packing charges, if you notify us in writing within seven working days from the day after you receive your goods that you intend to return your order to us.

To return goods paperwork must be clearly marked, stating the reason for return and if replacement or refund is required. The package must be suitably wrapped and clearly marked with the full return address. If your replacement order is more expensive than the original order, you will need to supply a daytime telephone number, which allows us to contact you during office hours; this is so we can obtain payment details for the additional charges.

The return postage must be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

SizeBase Ltd cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Please note that for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of underwear unless faulty upon receipt.

Any items purchased on a promotion offer must all be returned at the same time, if we do not receive all items you will be charged the full price for any item that you keep.

If you would like a garment replaced in a different size please ensure you notify us clearly on the returns form.

Please email the request, within 24 hours so the item can be reserved, sales@sizebaseclothing.co.uk. Please be aware we can only hold stock for exchange for 7 days.

If you request a refund for the returned items, the refund will be credited to the card used for payment or your PayPal account respectively.

Please note it can take up to 28 days for the bank to process the refund.

Exchange Procedure - New items

SizeBase will process an exchange or refund, on any orders which have arrived and are, damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped. Please notify SizeBase within 48hours if you have such items. We will cover the return postage for any items which are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped.

Replacement items will be held for 7 days, and new replacement goods will only be despatched once the original item has been received at the SizeBase office.

Exchange Procedure - Worn items

If any item fails to offer reasonable wear for the length of time you have owned it, we will provide you with an appropriate remedy, which may be repair/replacement or partial refund.

SizeBase will not cover the postage paid on any returned items once they have been worn.
